Work Window Policy

The following conditions have unfortunately become necessary:

Your work will be scheduled to be done within a clearly defined window of time.

Your web hosting and domain registration accounts must be established and in good standing by the above start date. Access must be provided to all associated accounts during the period of time your work is scheduled. All materials including copy and images must be furnished in publication-ready form by one week from the above start date. Any copywriting or advanced image editing must be arranged in advance and may be billed separately.

Finished work must be paid for before the site goes live. This is standard throughout the industry.

Any materials or instructions provided after the above end date will be scheduled at the convenience of YouCanWeb.net. Work not included in the original price will be billed at an agreed-on rate. Should the above conditions not be met by the start date listed above, unless prior arrangements have been made, your deposit may be forfeit, and / or your work rescheduled at the convenience of YouCanWeb.net.
